The best format to send an image is a TIFF, but if it's too heavy, try JPG.

That said, always make sure it's at the final size, in one ink and at a resolution of 300 DPI.

Basic Tips

How to know if my design is correct or incorrect?

1

Avoid very long file names or names with special characters.

2

Whenever possible, use vector files. This type of file lets you scale up and down without loss of quality.

3

If you have your logo or design in Word, Excel or Publisher (programs not suited to design), send them as PDF so the site accepts them.

4

To help you upload files, we've also added useful information on the products where it's needed (kits and stamps).

5

Read all the information carefully!

If we have doubts about your design, we'll get in touch with you or send you a preliminary sketch.
