We ship to Spain and the rest of the European Union. We also ship to Andorra, Australia, Canada, Chile, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Japan, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Turkey. Please check delivery times for each destination.

Once you place your order we will send you a confirmation email. After checking that the payment went through correctly, we will start making and preparing your order. If we have any doubts about your design, you will receive a second email with a print proof so you can review and approve it. Finally you will receive a third email with the invoice and the delivery date provided by the courier company.

All orders to mainland Spain are free for purchases over 100€. For orders below 100€ a basic shipping charge of 6,50€ applies. If you buy a tensioner or a Gran Mega kit, there is an extra charge of 5,50€ for each of those items. Shipping within Spain outside the mainland is free for purchases over 160€. The size shown for kits and stamps is that of the wood. Within that wood size you can make your stamp design any size you like, as long as it fits inside. If you are not sure how to do it, we will adapt it for you once you place your order.

Yes, the price always includes VAT or the applicable tax.

Steps to follow if you want to return your order: 1- Email us within 15 days of placing your order at info@bigstamping.com explaining the reason for the return and quoting your order number. Remember to write “RETURN” in the subject line. 2- Once we have processed your case, we will ask you to send the product to the address we provide so we can check and inspect it. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. 3- If the product is not in proper condition, we will refund your money or exchange it for another product depending on the type of return.

It is hard to calculate the exact number of prints, as it depends on the size of the stamp and the shape of the design. As a rough guide, a Super Kit can print between 50 and 80 T-shirts.

Ideally, send vector designs in their native format, that is, in the program they were designed with: AI, CDR, PDF, etc. Otherwise send them as JPG, TIF or PNG at the highest possible quality. The image or design must not contain more than one colour, nor shades or gradients: it must be monochrome, either 100% ink or white.

Unfortunately we cannot offer that service at the moment. What we do is adapt and prepare, as far as we can, the design you send us, provided we are able to work with it. When we receive your order we will review your design, and if there is any problem we will contact you immediately so that, between us, we can resolve it in the best possible way.
